Words by Akanse A Anago is one of the reasons I am a designer by profession, a bibliophile by choice and seeker of new enticing music as a hobbyist. I love the freedom that comes with being creative and getting the just right solution to a problem.

However, the most enticing part of my choice in becoming a designer is the fact that I can always learn and progress my perceptions and therefore my work.
It is an infinity symbol of learning and making, that may never stop because the design community is quite open and giving.

I love synchronicity, in numbers, colours and noticing a pattern gives me joy. I have come to realise I also love to watch choreography and dancing, and I have to say if you haven’t seen ‘The Royal Family’ perform yet, you are missing out and you can check out their recent masterpiece in synchronicity here.

Yes, the doctors, engineers and even tech are shaping and saving the world, but I believe, designers play a role in how we perceive it.
